I am very impressed with the quality of your models and was wondering if you would allow me to use one or more of them on the "Samples" page of my website where people would be able to view them interactively (see the samples on my webpage for examples of what I'm talking about). I was thinking of using your Nokia 6300 model, but I'm open to other suggestions as well. Thanks,
Rob

Hi Joost,
I use Sketchup recreationally at home, just to keep myself busy and generally procrastinate from studying. Even so, it's useful to get it right, and your football tutorial and common mistakes section have been a huge help. Cheers, and keep up the good work. And go the Netherlands for the world cup final!!!

Hello Adrian,
Step 3 and 4 are not that difficult;
3) In this step you rotate the hexagon (shape with 6 sides) until it has an angle of 138,190 degrees between the horizontal hexagon after rotation. The axe of rotation is the line where the two hexagons meet and the angle that you have to rotate is 180 - 138,190 = 41,810 degrees. Maybe i should have written down that angle in the tutorial to make it more clear.
4) In this next step you rotate the pentagon (shape with 5 sides) so it meets the already rotated hexagon. In this situation the axe of rotation is the line where the horizontal hexagon meets the pentagon. The angle that you have to rotate is 180 - 142,623 = 37,377 degrees.
The result of these 2 steps should be a horizontal hexagon (the shape that you didn't rotate of the three shapes) and the two rotated shapes that should meet each other after rotation.
Good luck,
J-m@n
